for the eyes to be more relaxed it would be best to take eye exams outdoors looking at a tree.. this will make the sight vivid when wearing glasses or contact lens and not tire your eyes from the wrong strength of distance and near-sight prescription. in other words this should let you see in your natural near and far sight.
